Oh that looks like one that comes by our condo off Sassafras! Is he a big tall boy with a small white spot on his chest? If so my husband and I call him Andre. We offer him food when we see him but he's not always hungry. He let's me pet him and will sometimes come inside for a few minutes but then always wants back out.
