Message from Finder

I saw this poor soul outside my friends hse on 11th street a few blocks from the plaza. It has a collar that has a rope attached, which looks to be chewed off. It seems like he might have mange and his back legs look injured. I have out out water for him but he seems to be staying on either side of the street but not leaving.

He may have some ID or phone number on the collar or perhaps you could take him to a vet or Petsmark where they will scan him free for a ID chip

Please try to get him to safety. Google No animal shelters if owners can't be found. He should not be roaming until he meets a worse fate.

This is awful! Who would tie up a little dog like this with a huge rope and leave it in the back yard injured? Please report this baby to animal OKC Animal Welfare! This is neglect!
