Description
This evening I found a small chihuahua / jack russell mix looking dog. It had a black and white coat, and a GPS dog collar. With such an expensive collar, I suspect this isn't someone's baby.

Hi neighbors. This evening I found a small chihuahua / jack russell mix looking dog. It had a black and white coat, and a GPS dog collar. With such an expensive collar, I suspect this isn't someone's baby. I tried to grab him, but he was running too fast. He was found at 263 Museum Drive.
