Hello neighbors is anyone missing a boy cat maybe about 6-8 months old? This cat has never been seen in this apmt complex. There is a colony of cats that have already been fixed through the TNR programs. He is friendly lets you pet him even as far as picking him up. He is not feral but someone either dumped or lost him.
