Sighting of a cat on campus at UH near the UH Law Center around 12 noon Sunday, 10/25. Was a little skittish but looked well fed. Could not tell if the ear was snipped. En route to an event and don’t live the area and didn’t have any cat food on me. Are there any groups on campus or in the area taking care of cats?
