Description
This sweet dog was tied to our fence with a collar and no chip. She is still a puppy and has long black hair and looks to be a flt coated lab. If this is your dog you must identify the collar and show me proof that she is your dog. She is very matted on the underside of her body. She is very stressed and just cries.
