Lois Hall the tuft makes him look so similar to Cosmo, unfortunately my guy doesn’t have the feathery legs that one does. Thank you though!

A girl named Kathy Franks from Hampton Estates reported on Nextdoor.com 3 hours ago a bird resembling yours was in her garden. Had the little tuft on top of head.
