Message from Owner

This is Leo. He is a medium-sized dog, 8 months old. He is very active. He left the hse this morning at approximately 9:30 AM, and we’re worried that someone may have taken him because he usually stays close to home and never wanders off. Please help us find him. He can be a handful, and we’re worried that someone might abandon him somewhere if they don’t want to keep him. Please, if you have seen him or know anything about where he might be, contact us. We just want to bring him home safely. ❤️

Make it smell like home outside....hang a blanket from your bed or worn clothing with your scent, outside, but out of the weather, dog bed, food, etc. Make a LOST DOG sign and put in front of your home ASAP. (Cardboard and magic marker works in a pinch, though the neon- colored poster board catches more eyes.) Post as many flyers in the area as you can and give one to your mail carrier. Put in page protectors with the bottom taped shut to keep any rain from destroying them. Call microchip company to make sure your contact info is correct if chipped. Notify ALL surrounding shelters. Physically visit shelters at least twice a week and don't forget to check your other messages often. Not everyone will or can comment on this post.
