Dotty is 11 years old nearly, she is black on top and all white underneath, she has long white socks at the front, and she has a black dot on her chin with a white smudge on the right side of her face. Dotty is chipped and neutered. She is a home cat, unfortunately she got out the bedroom window, and hasn’t been seen since.
