Message from Owner

My indoor-outdoor cat is missing. He had a gps tracker on and last seen and recorded next to my hse (Kings Way) at 7pm on 10/3, then his gps was shut off (it was fully charged), I am suspecting that someone might have took him as he is friendly and goes to people. He never leaves far from the hse and always comes back when I call him. He is on a special diet and has some medical issues, so I hope if someone took him can just bring him back to the spot where they did take him from.

She McDonough-Wiitala just so you know, for some cats it is unfortunately not an option to stay inside. I did everything possible to keep him inside, he was having recurring urinary tract issues from stress of not being able to go outside, that required emergency medical attention and could also cost him a life if not intervene on time. When I started letting him outside, I made sure he is safe to all the possible extend, I also made sure he doesn’t hurt birds to all the possible extends. In this situation, I have reasons to believe that he was not taken by predators based on his tracker history and the fact that it was shut off (of course unless predators chewed on it, otherwise I don’t think it would get shut off like that, this devise survived a lot). It is also sad that I have to explain myself while hurting by the loss and am afraid to post about him because of people’s judgment and strong opinions on the internet

She McDonough-Wiitala At this point wouldn’t it be more helpful to share the post or let the owners know if you’ve seen the cat? Can you share it or would you feel better high up on your horse? 💯

Never should be outside even with tracker! Coyotes & foxes don't care about a tracker💯😿
