Periodically, slowly drive or walk around neighborhoods calling his name. Post on pawboost(it's free just ignore payment and upgrades; make/print free flyers and put them up everywhere). Post on nextdoor and Ring. Knock on neighbors doors and give them flyers. Check area shelters IN PERSON and OFTEN giving them flyers, too.
