If the current owner adopted it looking like this, no idea how a shelter would adopt out such a malnourished dog until it was healthy! Why does the new owner not have any current pictures of the dog???? This is a red flag!

Ana Cochrane the photo looks like an intake photo from a shelter back in April. I’d assume the owner adopted the dog from the shelter in this condition, not that this is necessarily the dogs current condition after being in the owners home for the past 4 months.
