You have to put kitty‘s favorite toy, bedding, litter box, even if it’s cleaned, preferably all in a fenced in area or in the garage with the cat can slip in just under the door. I would also include a used pillowcase of the owner and some of the owner’s old shoes. Kitty’s clothes he’s just afraid. My vet encouraged me to do this. My boy was missing three days. Although he was neutered, he came home with a pregnant cat.
