Very sweet boy who is now with Animal Control. He was very matted and dirty. Appeared to not have eaten in a while because he crushed a can of chicken and water. Not microchipped.

Poor baby can we see if a local shelter can take him or put him up for adoption or even get a foster?

Why contact the owners? If they cared about the little dog he would NOT be in this condition, hungry, dirty

In such sad shape. This dog hasn't been cared for in quite a while. Needs an owner that will give him the car he needs.
