My sweet boy took off last night he slipped out the back door, he is an indoor cat that has never had enough time outside to be gone all night . Hes not chipped & he doesn’t have a collar . We call him Salem walem he’s very friendly but might be intimidated cause he’s been alone

🐾 Lost Cat Search Tips • Go out late at night and early in the morning with a flashlight. Call your cat’s name, then pause and listen carefully. • Check hiding spots nearby, including: Garages, Window wells, Under cars, Bushes and shrubs, Decks and porches • Place dirty laundry and familiar-smelling items outside your home • Contact your cat’s microchip company and report them as lost. • Check local animal shelters frequently—visit in person if possible. • Post on: Facebook lost & found pet groups and PawBoost • Create flyers and posters with a clear photo and your contact info. Hand them out and place them in visible areas. • ⚠️ Do NOT put out a litter box, as it can attract other animals and may discourage your cat from returning.

Get out calling Kitty especially early and late when it's quiet. Search high and low with a flashlight. Put up posters with number large enough to be seen while driving. And post on next door com

He is probably close by. Go out when it is quiet and call him. Take a flashlight so you can look for those beautiful eyes. Put something with your scent out. I hope he finds his way home!!
