License plate started wit 290 here is a picture of my dog there is a 500 dollar reward. Please help me bring my baby back home...

This is awful. Have you spoken to your neighbors and asked them to review any camera footage? Have you filed a police report? You need to get signs up all over your neighborhood that states something like "stolen French bulldog call with information". Your phone number needs to be on all signs. Please be aware that you may get some scam calls/text messages. If anyone calls you and claims to have your dog, but will not tell you where unless you send money, that is a scam. Never send anyone money. But it is worth a few scam calls if you can get your dog back. Also post on Nextdoor, the Ring app, and For the Love of Louie *Michigan Lost Pet Lookers*. Contact the media.
