Tracy Lynn Byram unfortunately no. Pounce was spayed and her eye was surgically removed and closed. Thank you though!! 🤍

I really hope your Pounce will get home safely. Try putting her litter box outside - cats have a strong sense of smell, and the scent might help her find her way home. A piece of clothing or bedding that smells like her favorite human might work, too. Check around areas with bushes or water or dumpsters and call her name lovingly. Check with neighbors to make sure she’s not locked accidentally into someone’s garage, and this also lets your neighbors know to be on the lookout for her. And put up as many fliers as you can in the area - in stores, on telephone poles. Also call animal shelters and vets’ offices to find out if anyone has seen her. Good luck in your search! Suggestions. Pls check under nearby bushes early a m and evening with a flashlight so you can see her eyes. Return to the areas even if you have checked there before. Pls call her name quietly; she is scared especially if she he’s an inside cat. Advise all neighbors - check by sheds, under cars, near water - she will get thirsty. Place an old towel or piece of your clothing by your door so she catches the scent. If you put her litter or some food outside your door only put it outside while you are there. You don’t want to leave it outside all day; it will attract other animals. If possible, leave your door open around her feeding time. Advise Police, Fire department and vet offices. And shelters. Call a few times a week - bring them pictures. Put up pictures by stop sign areas if allowed. Cover with clear plastic and give contact information. Don’t give up - indoor cats usually don’t go far. Keep looking under the bushes. Patio areas. Stairs if there is a hiding place 🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼

Be Proactive and Aggressive in your search. Act Fast. Sometimes people wait, mistakenly thinking cat will just come home on their own. Don’t give up. Indoor cats don’t usually go far. They get scared and try to be quiet. They could be hunkering down in nearby bushes, under decks/porches, crawlspaces etc. Look in garages/sheds, rafters, trees and drainage pipes. Place a humane trap with stinky food in it on your property or ask neighbors if you can put one on theirs. If you have a dog, use their strong sense of smell taking them for a walk around the neighborhood and your home. Alert neighbors and ask to look on their property and garages/sheds, under sheds too if obvious holes dug by animals. I can’t tell you how many people have found their cats in neighbors sheds. Go out in the quiet of night with a Tactical LED flashlight looking for glowing eyes. Sit out in the quiet of night and read a book out loud in a calm and soothing voice. Shake noisy cat toy or treats. Keep garage slightly open with cats bed/blanket and articles of owners unwashed items. Also check thoroughly indoors, linen closets, totes, under couches lining, cupboards etc.. Neon posters at intersections, otherwise how would someone who isn’t on social media and might have seen or taken in your cat know some is looking. Physically go to shelters and leave info every couple days. Leave info at local veterinarian offices. Also post on Facebook pages, For The Love Of Louie. Also post on your local Nextdoor app and the Pawboost app, they will send out email alerts to members and will also post on local Facebook Lost and Found Pets groups. Good Luck.
