Sweet dog, seems scared of people amd young but not a puppy

Dog is skittish and wont let anyone touchit. Will take food and seems very sweet and submissive. Tornado warning made me leave the area. So sad. Really hope she finds home

What road was it found on because there’s a few people near river road that have them/ Phillips Rd (connecting Wilson Rd and 902) and At the end of Beal rd on 42. And a place on Wilson and I think a couple of houses on River rd have them.
