Description
Phoebe is a playful little sprite and weighs about 22lbs. She's an Italian Greyhound mix with energy to spare. She's very vocal, with rather large ears that stand fully erect when she's focused. She's deathly afraid of motor vehicles and does not like riding in them.
Message from Owner
I'm a senior and Phoebe has been my constant loving little companion for the last six years. I miss her dearly and pray she is safe and we will be reunited soon. Her loss is so random it's hard to fathom. I live in a 2nd story apmt and on the 17th early in the morning a devastating fire broke out next door blocking both the front and rear stairwells. We were forced to evacuate out the windows. I dropped Phoebe into the waiting arms of a neighbor before I was rescued by the arriving firefighters. Phoebe was terrified and broke free from the neighbor's grasp and disappeared into the night. I can find some small comfort in knowing we escaped unscathed unlike my neighbors who lost three of their dogs in the inferno. Their screams... Poor little guys, it's heartbreaking.
