Dog found in street very disheveled looking like she’s been out in the elements for a while. No collar. We have given her a bath fed her and took her to the vet to check for micro chipping. Unfortunately she isn’t chipped and so we plan on fostering her until her owner comes forward or we find her a new forever home. Please share!!!
