Is this the missing dog from Carol Beach? I just went by some posters on 7th and 91st (I was driving so I didn't get a picture of the name and number attached to the posters) but there are signs near the train track about their missing dog and I feel like this matches the description (but again I was driving and it was hard to see on that curve if anyone lives near there And can check it out there's a phone number and description of the missing dog (with a photo I think but you would have to walk up to it)

This dog wants nothing to do with me or riding in a car…we tried!! He does have a collar on but could not see the color
