Unaltered dog has been in my front yard since about 3:30 pm or so, 8/24/26 Monday. Husband offered water but he seems very skittish. Looks owned, but not sure from where. Located off of Alpine and West Lane behind Ziggy’s smoke shop. Didn’t bat an eyelash when my hubby took the dogs out front to potty. Unsure if he’s injured. Posting in case someone is missing their pup. We’ll see if we can secure him when I get home, but my dogs don’t get along with other dogs, so in the hse isn’t really an option, and it’s SO hot. 😕 UPDATE: At 5:25pm, the dog marked our porch and left, down the street toward Lovotti’s shop, headed north from my hse.

SECOND UPDATE: Earlier, my husband had put out some dry food and water in case he came back around. And lo and behold, around 8:45pm, took my dogs out and here comes the lost boy. Scared the daylights out of my little dog, but the boy kept his distance. Called my husband out to help get him away so we could go back inside. He must have drank and ate because the food was gone and so was some of the water. Put out some more food and water in case he stops by again and is in need. Hoping his owner finds him. Doesn’t look like a dog from the encampments around town.
