Sad seeing so many kitties call missing just this week. Poor baby, she must be so scared and hungry out on her own. When a cat goes missing, they can’t easily find their way home using only their scent. You must be proactive and look for them. Look under yours & your neighbor’s bushes & hedges, look for glowing eyes w/flashlight, call her early evening when it’s quiet and they come out from hiding to eat. Posting is important, but please search for her, too. They don’t go far 3-4 houses away, they stay in one place until they are scared off by dogs, coyotes, or loud equipment. The challenge is to find her before she gets any further away. Please hang flyers near the area where she went missing, it’ll get the immediate attention from pedestrians and drivers. Good luck finding this adorable little girl-this is coyote country. You’re the one that can bring her home safely, she will recognize your voice and your scent. Please check with SDHS daily, post on ND. If you’re lucky enough to find her, please don’t let her out unattended. Cats have the intelligence of a 3yo and can’t be responsible for their own safety. You can train a cat walk on a leash in about an hour, then it’s safe for them to go outside.

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.
