Message from Finder
Has been visiting my window daily since October 19 in the early mornings at 130-540 am. Has food and water placed outside and other Regina cat rescues have been notified. Appears to be an indoor cat, and not injured. Is not one of the common regular neighbourhood outdoor cats.
