Penny ran off yesterday and I was told by local people in the neighborhood that two females in a vehicle took her and I’m asking if anybody seen or know anything about the car or if they seen Penny wandering around can you please return her to her family, we are devastated and want her home she is really attached to us and I’m sure she is scared and wondering where we are at
