He is a puppy we barely had him for 2 days and he got out from the garage door being left open. We didn’t have time to get him chipped either. We were just getting to know him and him us. He was given to us his previous owner had to get rid of some of their pets because the city was getting complaints about their animals. Dodger was very anxious he followed me around like a lost puppy and now he is lost
