Very likely has an owner. It walked right into our home, roamed around, made itself comfortable on the ottoman, rolled around on the floor. Not skittish, but not friendly. Kitty was thirsty, stuck around for dinner (a little tuna). When the door opened he/she walked out hung around on the patio, then left. Couldn’t get it back in the hse. Thinking he/she knows where to get food so may be back,

Definitely sounds like a pet, making himself/herself comfortable on the ottoman! You might post on Next Door too . You could make a Cat Sighting flyer/sign and post on your street and pass out to neighbors with a picture and your phone number.
