I saw this pup (I believe) on the Joe B Jackson bridge yesterday. At least two people (women) had stopped in the road/pulled to the side and had her on the curb. I just remember the pup was sitting there barking extensively so unsure if she’d been hit or was just in distress. They appeared to be calling for help!
