Hi neighbors! Has anyone seen or lost two cats in the Germantown area — a female (Tabby) and an in-tact (not neutered) male (Orange coat), both young (maybe just under a year), very friendly? I'm guessing they're strays, but wanted to check with the community first before reaching out to shelters.
