He does not look happy at all. The makshift collar is awful especially since they left the S hooks on it. Even though hes facing the camera I can see he's underweight; tail vertebrae are visible even.

For those wondering about the strap and being , I realize this COULD be the dog of a group of people living or squatting back behind the on the way store towards the river. They seemed nice and said he was . But definitely had a big ol' mess of a camp back there.

Leigh Williams really? That broken leash with knots at his collar, is what you call short leash? I have had varios large dog. Catahoula ,Napolitan Mastiff , and I know what type of collar, halters and leashes the need fur to their power full strength.
