🚨🚨 1. THAT IS A HIGH THEFT NEIGHBORHOOD 2. IT'S GOT PLENTY OF HOMELESS PEOPLE 3. THE RESIDENTS AND THE HOMELESS PEOPLE WILL TAKE IN YOUR DOG AND KEEP IT. I'VE WORKED A FEW CASES OVER IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD. THREE OF THE DOGS WE NEVER SAW AGAIN. ONE OF THEM A CATTLE DOG THE OWNERS DID GET BACK. THE OWNERS THAT DID NOT GET THEIR DOGS DID NOT PUT A REWARD ON THERE RIGHT AWAY. THE CATTLE DOG OWNERS PUT A $500 REWARD ON THEIR DOG BY ABOUT THE THIRD DAY AND THEN SOME TEENAGE KIDS CAME FORWARD AND SAID THEY HAD SEEN HIM SLEEPING IN AN ALLEY.
