Julie Brewer PUT A CASH AMOUNT ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND PUT IT ALL UP AND DOWN THE STREET SO SHE SEES IT! IF YOU DON'T HURRY UP SHE WILL NOT GIVE HIM BACK. THEY USUALLY DO NOT GIVE DOGS BACK AFTER 48 HOURS EVEN IF THE OWNER PUTS A REWARD. THIS IS WHY OWNERS NEED TO PUT A REWARD ON THERE FROM DAY ONE IF THEY REALLY WANT TO GET THEIR PET BACK.

Julie Brewer I don't know but the best way to reach someone is with a reward on your Flyers you have to put the amount I would have them all up and down the street so if she's riding her bike she can't miss them.
