Small white fluffy with broken right front leg

This sweet baby was found in a storage outbuilding bordering the Sherburne National Refuge. It is not microchipped. It may be a female but not 100% certain. This kitty is absolutely the sweetest and is not afraid of humans. It had to have been on its own for awhile - it is malnourished and has areas where matted. Please help me find her family so she can return home.
