Hello, our dog Maggie ran from our pet sitter Sunday evening. She has been spooked several times throughout deeply wooded areas and corn fields. She seems to be sticking to one area between a few farms. I have been out calling and searching for her with no luck. We have so many people from the community looking for her. She is not accustomed to being outdoors overnight or on farms. She is very athletic and ai trust she could defend herself if need be. She's spayed & up to date with shots. I don't know what else to do. We have done everything in our power to bring her home. I am so worried about her. She has never run away from us and generally listens very well. I have had our laundry put near where she was spotted, driven vehicles she's familiar with all over the area she's been circling etc. I contacted a few live trap rescues but they're not taking new cases. I'd really appreciate any and all suggestions. I don't have access to a 4x4 it would take to traverse the land almost all of it is dense with woods or long grasses or corn.
