I am seeing that there is a group that helps find the owners if they have moved. It is in a comment here and for some bizarre reason, it is showing as hidden by Facebook? Prayers up that you are able to find/contact the owners. Such a sweet and beautiful kitty. Prayng that she gets to her home and family soon. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤

If they were unable to get any contact info from the chip, please contact microchiphunters. They will get the information of the owners. https://www.microchiphelp.com/
