Message from Finder

He’s in my garage with some water and some crushed raw pumpkin seeds. I’m not sure if he’s injured, but he’s been here overnight for sure.

A pigeon just like this flew to our window at work (up to it no crashing into). My co worker caught it and it was banded. She called the number for the pigeon racing program on the band and they put her in touch with the owner of the bird. He lives in Simi and was doing a practice run with her and she was only 3 months old. I don’t have the whole story but it seems that he said they got loose. There were 3 of them. He was very happy to drive up to Valencia and pick up his bird. It was hot out and the poor thing was panting. You should be able to read the initials of the organization and a number on the bird. Good luck, it’s hot out and you have just saved it.
