He's at the Humane society! I picked him up on Golden Valley Road and Xerxes Ave North in Willard Hay Minneapolis. I brought him here: 845 Meadow Ln N, Golden Valley, MN 55422 He was very affectionate and just wanted to play. A little timid but warmed up quickly after I gave him water
