She is very sweet great manors! Is great in the car and does not have a micro chip. We took her to the vet and then went and got her a bath. She is limping in her front right foot looks like she has a cut.

Ron Schigur my goodness you guys are so kind thank you for caring for her. She was on Montana between 5th and rodman for 2 days that I know of. I haven't seen any lost posts for her. FYI, if you take her to Louisville Metro Animal Services, Monday through Saturday 12:00 to 6:00, you can register her as found. All you need is your ID and an hour or so. They will take her in, or fostering is an option for either you or someone who can come collect her within 24 hours of registration. A foster has to live within an hour of the shelter, not have any unfixed dogs of the opposite , and no who found her and where. LMAS will provide supplies and vet care, and advertise her for adoption once 5 days have passed.

Isabella Christensen, Could you tell us the nearest cross street to where you saw her on Montana Ave? We’re hoping to make flyers and post them throughout the area where she was spotted. We’re unsure about taking her to a shelter, so we're looking for a foster home where she can stay while we search for her owner. We’re happy to provide everything she needs during her stay. The vet said she had worn her paw pads completely off, which suggests she’d been wandering for quite some time. They prescribed pain and a topical treatment for her paws. As my daughter mentioned, this sweet girl is extremely well-behaved, knows basic commands, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and bonds quickly with people.

Bailey Schigur I'm so glad you found him. He was loose on Montana Ave for a couple days, but I couldn't find him, and then sightings stopped. Have you been able to get him to LMAS? Need any help?
