Coffee Patel s/he’s stunning. The fact it talked back with you means not feral, used to humans, has or had a home. Very possibly scared being outside. The usual plan with such cats is to contain and chip check. If you can get that baby inside for safety, that’d be ideal. It may be gone tomorrow. This is your moment. Spare bedroom, bathroom can work. Any vet or shelter can do a free microchip check that may ID the owners fast. Just call ahead. The fact the cat is chatty bodes well. It wants to connect. See if you can earn trust and get it into a carrier. If you cannot, at the very least, keep feeding it to keep it anchored while you look for the owners. It looks well fed and its coat isn’t a mess. It probably hasn’t been out long. Odds are good it lives close by. Consider printing flyers and posting by the apt mailboxes. Post on Nextdoor app. I shared your post on other lost/found groups with hope. (Parenthetically, I have to add that when we had a similar looking cat appear at my brother in law’s in District Raigad, we called him Dutt 😉)
