Looked friendly but very scared and cold!!! Tried to get the baby to come to me but she/he got within 8 ft and then ran away. I let noco humane know, called the apmt complex and had 2 friends go and look but couldn't find him/her again. Hopefully noco humane finds the sweet baby or they found their way home!
