Julia Marcelli Harrell there are special procedures to safely recovering a skittish dog. Absolutely no one, not even you, should call her name. Sightings should be reported to you immediately. This is important --Get a Google phone number to put on these posts to keep your real number out of scammers hands. Once you post any kind of phone number there will be scammers but you'll know because they always want money or are vague or now they can provide an AI photo so be careful about photos even. No one is going to catch your dog if she's skittish so you'll know these are scams! But understand you do need a phone number because you need to have sightings in real time not oh I saw her hours ago somewhere ...dogs can travel quickly and/or she's hiding most of the time. No one should chase her or follow her except to keep eyes on her from a distance and then they call you. And even you need to sit with treats and let her approach you. if you have another dog she loves that is your ticket because she will see that dog and come right up... at least that's usually how it works. I'm including a link to lost dogs of America they have tons of information about skittish dogs and you can read for yourself and learn how to catch her safely. I've alerted a friend at Riverdale that she's missing. Their staff/volunteers are often helpful in this because they really become attached to their dogs www.lostdogsofamericaorg I will send you a private message with more. I am volunteer and so are the people I work with to help dogs. We will never ask for money. We can help with all facets of recovery.

Robert Cacace thank you so much. She has no collar she ripped out of it. But she is microchiped. She may not run if you have a treat. She does better with females too.
