banded racing pigeon. band says AA15978. and that's it no hatchling date. having a hard time finding owner because of that.

band#AA15978.This little guy seems very lonely and seemed to find a place where he can get food and since he maybe having a hard time seeing over the growth on his nose it may be easier for him to stay here then find his way back home. this band does mean he is local. I have found out the growth can either come from aging or a mosquito bite and will eventually fall off if so. so I'm not positive if that's the case. he doesn't have many places to go under here and just goes on top of the cndmnium roof. disappeared after the bad storm on Thursday and reappeared on tuesday. I would love to find this little guy's owner as I said he is definitely missing his friends or mate. through my investigation I found out at this age they don't race pigeons like this anymore so he most likely either got out or got lost one or the other. any info pertaining to who this little guy belongs to would be helpful. please text no calls. thank you in advance for caring to help.
