My friend and I do not live here and could not take him with us. We gave him some water and pets but had to leave. He seems very friendly and eager to get home. No collar.

Brittany Moore I didn't mean that bad, but more than likely that would've happened. They could've picked it up and then goodness knows where it would've ended up if/when they were turned away because the shelters are overflowing.
