Calico fluffy cat but she likes to rip her hair out chewing it sometimes when it’s summer and hot looks chunky chunky sitting straight her paws got black stain on it the last day I saw her and I couldn’t wash it off looks like she stepped in black ash but her paws are white

She has a tag it hasn’t been scanned my neighbor said there was a cat on the side of the road like her but the same day another calico near got picked up deceased I just want to know I’m worried sick and this is all happening right as I’m about to move so I’m terrified if she comes back and I’m not their she had a pink collar on but she also sometimes rips them off she’s about 4 almost 5ish when she’s started she looks like she has bug eyes loves to meow pretend she wants to come to you then continue just sitting and meowing for hours very vocal or if scared bug eyed and frozen ready to run away if she wants she’s not supposed to be outside but she kept getting and breaking through the window when I put an ac In. Very nice cat if she lets you pet her she’ll make biscuits for you after
