Two medium size dogs traveling together up and down Wycliffe Street/Johns Road, very sweet boys but no collars!

I am unable to take them home with me, I contacted both Richmond County Animal Shelter and Richmond County Non-Emergency and no one can assist or will do anything! I am heartbroken having to drive away and want them to find their home!
