Brian Beaumont go to those houses and ask if they've seen him. While you're there asking, suddenly yell out your pets name, or shake their noisy toy to see if your pet respond in case those people are hiding him and have stolen him from you.

Marcy Nordstrom thank you. I appreciate the advice. Im trying to be hopeful, but what makes me nervous is that he's kept the same routine day and night week after week and month after month, I live on a culdesac off a side street, so I'm thinking someone or something might have taken him:(

Knock on neighbours doors and put out flyers everywhere. Do offer rewards. Also go out in the night. You can hear him better then. Check the pounds too. Airtags on collars help greatly.

Contact Humane Society, Rescue Agencies, Animal Control, Homeless Camps if you have them, to see if they have your baby.

Time is of the essence. Cats don’t go far from home. Don’t wait for social media to bring your cat home, you need to be proactive. Knock on neighbors doors ASAP with a picture asking them to be on the look out or have seen your kitty. Ask if they will check Ring for any sightings. Leave the door/window the kitty exited from open 24/7. If unable, then crack garage door open 24/7 enough to get in. Hang worn clothes and/or your pillow case in a tree or on top of shrubs to create a scent trail. Knock on mmm. Post signs with kitty’s picture as many as possible, include surrounding neighborhoods. Go out late at night with a flashlight, shaking a bag of food, calling kitty’s name, looking under shrubs for their shining eyes. Post on Ring, Nextdoor and check shelters. Don’t give up. 💕

Here are some helpful tips for finding a lost cat: Start by reviewing this guide from PetMD: https://www.petmd.com/cat/general-health/how-find-lost-cat Search at night using a flashlight. Shine the light into bushes, under decks, and up into trees—cats’ eyes will often reflect the light, making them easier to spot. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. Once I knew of someone who found their cat inside someone’s BBQ that they had left open. The cat smelled the leftovers, jumped up and the lid came down and trapped it in there for days. Ask your mail carrier to keep an eye out. They travel throughout the neighborhood daily and may notice a cat hiding or wandering nearby. You can also try using scent to help guide your cat home. Put your urine in a spray bottle and lightly spray it around your yard and nearby areas. I learned this tip from a search-and-rescue dog handler when my own cat went missing—the familiar scent may help your cat find its way back. On YouTube, search for the helpful video titled “How to Find a Lost Cat” for additional practical advice.
