I also only see him in brief moments and actually rarely during the day. He's very skittish, I'm fully zoomed in on that video, I'm about 30 plus feet away from him, and if I make any movement or noise he runs away. I feel like this is a stray cat that has had minimal socialization with humans in my opinion.
