I've seen one similar to this all winter long on Bruno-Dandenault. I think he is an intact male though, marks his territory and gets into fights with all the other cats here, including mine. He is very shy and runs away when he sees me. No collar and I only see him at night, so other than him looking similar, hard to say if he's the same cat.
