Dalila Villegas OrtegaNO! a neighbor and I rescued pups on our property, she wanted me to hold them, I did and cared very well for them, they were healthy in my care. she delayed picking them up, kept them for almost a 8 days and later posted, I saw in another site, she said, I held them hostage from getting care and now one is dying from PARVO!
