Give soft food a little at a time, 4 times a day. If you can afford it? Buy some Pediatric Electrolytes in Clear they won’t drink flavored. It’s crucial in sustaining vital body organs from shutting down, kidneys, heart.

It looks like you posted this as a dog owner that has lost their dog instead of somebody that found a dog. If this is the case, an owner will never find your post. You'll need to do another post under found dog.

Poor dog has obviously been out for a long time. Please know that many dogs end up keeping away from people until it just gets to the point where they have new choice but to ask for help. There could be an owner searching for their baby.
